My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was great, close to the strip for some fun people-watching and near beach access #22. On the bright side, the service was efficient despite the hiccup with the parking permit charges, and the refund process was smooth.

My stay at the hotel was amazing! The room had a great view of the pool and jacuzzi, and it was surprisingly spacious for a hotel like this. Having our own back door to the pool was so convenient. The staff was super generous, although they forgot to turn on the pool lights until we asked. They always greeted us with a smile, and even left a voicemail for us at the front office. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the beach, and close to everything. However, I wish there were more dining selections available. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with some minor hiccups.
